Services

ErgoFrégeau Occupational Therapy provides support to people of all ages who are experiencing fatigue, pain, reduced mobility, sensory processing differences, brain fog and/or other symptoms. In OT you learn to live WITH your illness, rather than fighting against it using self-management skills including:

  • Joint protection

  • Energy conservation

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Flare up planning

  • Organized Health Admin

  • Parenting with a disability

  • Getting the right aids and adaptations for your needs and budget

There is a lot of general advice out there but working with ErgoFrégeau brings a combination of expertise and experience to problem solve for your unique conditions and contexts. You do not need a diagnosis to begin addressing your symptoms in OT.

ErgoFrégeau strives to create an accessible and inclusive practice that is neurodiversity affirming.
